if i switch my secondary prof from a Necro to say a mesmer,if i ever decided to switch back will i have to rebuy all my necro skills i had unlocked and will the skills from the old as well as the skills from the new be unlocked For PvP chars?thanks for the help

All skills you ever buy, capture, or unlock, will forever be unlocked on your account for PvP.

Your PvE character WILL regain all skills if you ever switch back and forth.

You don't lose anything, including a pet if a ranger.
